Um, Catcher in the Rye. Although the author didnt want it to be turned into a movie, he's dead now, so it might be a movie soon. But if they screwed that movie up I would cry, i LOVE that book.

I'd buy my parents house if I could, as it's our family home, and all their debts, and them whatever they wanted. Flats in different places, anything.
& for myself I'd buy a farm, with stables, and a horse.
