There are people I still haven't forgiven. But I've just had an experience where I tried forgiving someone who hurt me, and she made it worse, so it's upsetting... and I can't 'forgive' her as such now, but I know I'm the better person, so I will move on - she's the one who's intent on keeping a grudge. At least I tried. ... I do struggle to forget anything though...
