I am sure stuff can wait and be taken care of tomorrow.

I might do that. Will either find something to watch on YouTube or maybe do a bit of reading and see how I feel in twenty minutes or so.

I have to get up at a reasonably time tomorrow, my dad is bringing the dog to go for a walk. I love that dog :D

Urgh I missed my early morning practical lecture (again) it's the one we need to get the attendance form signed. I just didn't fall asleep until almost 3. I, going to end up in so much trouble.

Is it something you could speak to your tutor or disability officer about? If you are missing practical through insomnia due to your mental health maybe they could arrange make up practicals or something.

I'm having a lazy day :D

I don't know if they can do anything though. I can try but don't see them until next fri anyway.

So far not been too bad. Part from tiredness but that's pretty standard. I made it to my second lecture so it was ok. Now just a weekend of loneliness to contend with. Tbf it's not to bad. I will see people.

Glad your calmer. Are you up to anything this eve/weekend?

Thanks for all the hugs - I appreciate it and I find it super tricky to ask for help. I have been really struggling to go to and stay at work recently but it's half term now so thankfully I have a little time off, normally that would be hard but school does try to be supportive I just don't really know what they can do to help.
Hope you're feeling a bit less anxious today hannah - how's the unpacking going?
And Leigh I agree it sounds like a good idea to speak to someone at uni if you are struggling to make it to lectures.
Hope the revision is going well Sarah!

I will ask butit's really confusing when they ask me what support I need, when I don't really know what is on offer. And so I don't Think there is anything they can do.

Katie I am glad it is now Half term and you get a bit of a break. Are you going to do anything nice?

Leigh, can you outline the things that you are struggling with and ask what support is available? It's okay if you don't know - and you might be surprised what they can offer. I used to have one of the peer support volunteers meet me at my house and walk to my 9am lecture with me :P

Haha oh no. I'll have to come and visit again to make you tidy :P

I went to a stretch class at the gym this evening. It was a lot more enjoyable than expected!

Thanks, I'm going to stay with my parents over half term which is hopefully nice. I like to see them and catch up with friends if possible too. At the moment I'm seeing my gp every two weeks and counselling every week (except in half term)
Glad you've unpacked hannah - totally counts even if it's strewn all over your room! what does a stretch class entail?
Leigh I agree if you try to explain as clearly as you can what you are finding difficult and if possible what would help even if you don't know exactly what they can offer. So say you found it hard to concentrate in a particular lecture and in an ideal world you would move the lecture to an alternative time or something you could explain that but add the disclaimer that you know that's not possible but see what they can suggest instead?
