My stomach really didn't like it though. I felt pretty horrible.
I felt/feel really frustrated that ONE day of not doing chores, not working out and not sticking to my diet (as in healthy eating) and not covering a shift resulted in a day full of anger, stupid low mood, guilt (re work) and horrible stomach pain. Next time I'll be more moderate and pick booze OR junk food OR chocolate to see how my body reacts to that.

I want to do the dishes, do a face mask and take an urgently needed shower. Maybe some laundry too. The boyfriend took care of the food shop as I didn't feel up to it with period cramps. Paracetamol has gotten rid of them for now though, so that's good. And I want to work out too as the soreness from work has subsided.

How was your lecture?
I hope you managed to set up your laptop by now. I always have my brother do that for me, upside of living close to family!
Do you have any plans for tonight?

No, I didn't attempt to sort it. Think my friend might come over to do it tomorrow. Lecture was good. Just a bunch of YouTube videos mind. I am now in bed although not tired. I'm just aware it's getting late.
Had dinner round my friends tonight which was nice. I feel so stupid about the drama last week. Oh well.

I need to shower too but I really can't be bothered haha I'm so gross.tbh I had one on Saturday. Showers are something I really have to prepare myself for. I hate showering/baths, cleaning my teeth etc although I clean my teeth pretty much everyday. I have always been like that though. I remember I used to scream the house down as a kid and even In late childhood like 9/10 when I should of been able to do it myself I was chucked/forced in a lot because I just wouldn't do it. I def wonder if I have a bit of aspergers. Again something I can never be bothered to follow through w/ a diagnosis though. No point as an adult.

Yay for boyfriends. Face mask does sound nice. I might buy one. I used to like doing them. Go put your dishes in to soak for a bit?

It's always useful to have friends and family who are good with things that you're not arsed for :P
Hopefully your friend can set it up for you.

YouTube lecture sounds good, though thinking of how much uni costs it feels a bit like a cheat :P

I did let the dishes soak, I always do as we don't do them every day.
Done most of them by now and there's a load of clothes and a load of towels in the washing machines (upside of communal laundry room I guess, you can do more than one load occasionally).

I don't mind showering once I'm IN the shower, but getting there is so much effort at times. :/
Need to do workout and face mask before that anyway though as otherwise I'd just be icky again or my hair sticky with face mask.

Workout and face mask sounds good Lana! I can't deal with face masks, they gross me out lol, which is a shame because I like the *idea* of it!!

I'm glad you had a nice dinner with your friend Leigh. Don't feel stupid about how you were last week. Depression/paranoia/etc is horrible and I actually think you've dealt with it really well - you should be super proud of yourself for facing up to it and sorting things out with your friends <3

I love showers! Well, I do when I'm doing okay anyway. If I'm struggling, putting myself in the shower is far too much effort! Can't be doing with baths though!

I have moved! I haven't bothered unpacking yet. My dad helped me move so I took him for dinner to say thank you (just at wetherspoons though - class I know! :P) and then I sat talking to new landlady person and making friends with the cats! But I have my bed sorted and I'll unpack properly tomorrow!

I am glad it's done now, Hannah :)
Hopefully your new home will contribute to your wellbeing rather than causing distress. Any yay for kitties :D

If it is the texture of the mask that you find gross try different ones. They can feel really different and applying and getting them off also varies. It's a good and quick way to do some self care and boost your self esteem.

I had baths. They are so boring.

Thanks lovely :) The cats are adorable! They like me - one of them is super friendly and one of them is really shy but even the shy one came to give me some love haha.

I might try some different ones!

Baths are indeed boring. And icky, why would I want to sit in dirty water?

I feel the same. I can get excited about the idea of a bath, but once I am in one I get sick of it after five minutes. You can't read or use your laptop, can't wear glasses or have a conversation. It's relaxing for a couple of minutes and then it's all "and now?????" and I want to just wash and get out. Feel like it's a waste of water too anyway. A shower is all I need to be relaxed and clean.

I haven't moved in ages again by now, but I think the laundry needs to be moved to the tumble drier now anyway. Maybe I can gain some momentum to do a workout that way.

I have to very occasional bath as i always end up with lush bath bombs for Christmas. Yay for doing laundry and soaking the dishes. Yeah paying £9000 a yr to watch YouTube vids are pretty bad. Plus it didn't make sense, mainly because I'm blind and don't really understand this module ATALL.

Hannah, I have just made a written complaint about the cinema. Well I've sent it to my sister and as an insider she is going to send it on. I want free tickets. I'm still annoyed lol.

Yay for moving and cats and nothing wrong with a wetherspoons. I think it's on par with Nando's tbh.

I SHOULD be asleep. Got in to bed since 9:30-10. But I have just spoken to my sis for the best part of an hr and wide a bloody wake. Urgh. As mood has levelled the need to sleep has gone down. I swear I'm going to end up tracking the amount of hrs I sleep, what time I go to sleep, how long I've been in bed etc. I will literally end up tracking ALL THE THINGS!

You're allowed to eat a bit more before your period comes, Lana. Your body seems to ask for it that day before I find. I'm sorry you're feeling sick now.

Well done for moving Hannah! Wish I could come and help you unpack! Have a good first night sleeping in your new place.

Hope you can settle down and sleep soon Leigh.

Can you do something relaxing, Leigh?
Maybe just watch something on YouTube and pretend it counts as uni work :P

I don't think the amount of food was the problem rather than the type of food.
And it made me unwell, so I am not gonna do that again.

How are you, Jill?

I hope you can sleep soon Leigh! I second the doing something relaxing suggestion! Yay for complaining - that was really annoying! If you get free tickets you should take me :P

I'm sorry the food made you unwell Lana :( That is sad. Maybe see if you can find some 'healthy alternative' recipes for the kind of junk food you like so you can have something like that without feeling ill :P

Hey Jill! You should totally come and help me unpack :P How are you doing?

I will.

I have no advice re food. I guess if you haven't eaten junk food in awhile it can make you ill. My friend did this body building thing and her nutrition was insane and I believe she went gluten free or dairy free for awhile and then as soon as she had it again she was intolerant but her body got used to it again. I have also heard of veggies giving up vegetarian due to lack of choice and getting ill when first introducing meat again so it must be a thing. I really should know this being a personal trainer lol.

Well, everyone needs hobbies :P

Yeah, I think I need to just find more wholesome ways of indulging.

My cramps returned mid workout. Woe. :(
