How do you manage differentiating between real voices and hallucinations?
I go by who is in the room and if there mouth is moving.
Glad your meds are helping. X

I would also think about how likely people in the room are to be saying what the voices are saying.

Have any of you ever considered the fact that it is not psychosis but an experiment? My team says psychosis, I say I've worked out what's really going on. It comes and goes in intensity but this is intense. I'm so fed up of the cameras and mind reading and experiments.

I've had trouble with cameras and mind reading but never put it down as experiments. can you usually trust your team?

I don't know if I can trust my team. I want to but it feels like this is all a lie. I'm not mentally ill and never have been. I'm not sure if I can live like this much longer, regardless of who is right.

I don't know, Kate, sorry.

Todayy during therapy I saw a sinister man pointing at my therapist.
I think it's a sign she's gonna get hurt. How do I stop it from happening.

Did your therapist see this man? If not it could have been a hallucination.
Hallucinations are not real. They are horrible to experience but they cannot hurt you or anyone else.

Does anyone get homicidal thoughts?
Is that a symptom of psychosis or am I just a horrible person?

I get homicidal thoughts occasionally, Kate, I sort of pulled a knife on my partner last year before I went into hospital, I'm not usually a violent person though.

it's really frustrating, diet and exercise make no difference. however I need to exercise to be healthy, regardless of appearances so this week i'm going to start exercising again.
