tomorrow im seeing a counsellor my plan is to try and open up to him or at least give him a piece of paper saying how i have been feeling. i dont no whether i will be able to do it :( im so scare

i saw the counsellor for first appointment (only 20mins) but now have another appointment for tomorrow though last night was a very bad night so i suppose its good i have an appointment tomorrow
