I've been confused for like over a week..it is odd. I actually feel like I have Alzhiemers!
But it isn't related to lack of sleep cause I actually near enough sorted my sleep I sleep at night and have a day nap lol

*cuddles Leigh and zaps some life back into you* My day was alright actually, felt like I accomplished something today. Went on my wii fit this morning then this evening went for a walk. Also I did ok food wise today too. Not much I know but I started the year badly so yeah this feels positive for me. Hopefully I can keep this up, fingers crossed
