I'm British, pure and simple. I do A level German, which is my 2nd language and I'm far from fluent. But recently I've been able to think of how to say certain things in German and not in English.

Like earlier I wanted to tell Beth that I'd ask my dad about something when I went to get a drink and it came out in German without thinking

^that is actually really cool, when I lived with my dad he was teaching himself German, so he'd ask me or tell me things in German and I had to translate it in my head (without the use of a dictionary mind you) and answer back in German. it was actually really cool
though now I can only remember bits and pieces instead of entire statements :|

last night I turned off all the lights in the house before I went to walk out because I was leaving, so I had to walk in the dark and my eyes weren't ajusted yet so I ran head-on into the couch then the table

I decided to to a vegan trial run. Failed on the first day; I forgot I was doing it and only remembered halfway through my cream cheese sandwich...
I'm starting again tomorrow though.

I stood in the car park today for a full 2 minutes desperately trying to unlock my car with my mobile phone.

i was making a slushie for this customer at work, and it sort of mission malfunctioned or whatever, and exploded. the lid flew off and everything, and it made this popping noise, like a gun going off, so naturally i scare the piss out of everyone at the theater and i made a baby cry. good going, brit. >.<

A debt collector phoned me on Thursday and me, my mum and step dad have since been suspecting that they are fraudulent.
Amongst phoning the bank and other such things, my step dad advised my mum to check out the catalogue company online,..I had said that the order was for 'clothes'.
Cue both my mum and step dad bringing up the lingerie company the order was from. *embarrassing*

Me and my friend were outside earlier on having a cigarette *Cue tuts :O* when it started to rain. We stood under shelter until we had finished, then ran towards our building. I looked behind me to see where my friend was and ran straight into a METAL (Ouch!) bench, falling over. :(
