I saw a friend today. I havnt really seen anyone in person in a few weeks. It helped. I didn't tell her how badly I was struggling but she guessed straight away something was wrong and I dunno i guess it was a reminder that people care. I forget that very easily.

Things have gone down hill again. I woke up today with the flu. Have exams in 2 days and im worried someone i care about may be seriously ill.

Thanks both of you.

Iv revised but not enough. I woke up today in alot of physical pain. Its made me worried il be to ill to do the exam tommorow. Im also not able to go into the hospital to see x when im sick. I just feel useless.

I have an appointment with a charity telephone counsellor in 20 mins. I think she will just say im not suitable because im on the waiting list for treatment

If you are too ill for exam is there any way they can postpone it? Or at least let them know you are I'll so they can make accommodations for it?
