I walked a fair bit today, even though at one point it was raining. I walked to Asda, rather than get a bus and I bought a nice black dress, top and skirt. I walked back rather than get a taxi like I normally would even though it was already dark.

I managed to sit with my anxiety and meet with people from the cassel despite massive anxiety and aprehension. I haven't self harmed.

I think I have tentatively agreed to be involved in sharing my experiences of s.136s with the police, in order to help them set up a training package on suicide prevention and mental health. This means speaking in public. Which is rather a lot absolutely terrifying. But I would be proud if I could help.

Yesterday instead of pushing to go out in the evening I allowed myself to rest.

- Met with the lady from the police and was honest about how I felt.
- Didn't run away when I found out that my physiotherapist was male.
- Made it to 1 year without overdosing.

I wrote a mammoth email about how my concerns about all the changes they're implementing at work. It took me hours and I didn't want to do it because I hate disagreeing with things even when it's warranted but I did it!

I write some fiction, but mainly non fiction and poetry. I like to combine the poetry with my art.

Went for a walk around the park even though it was freezing.

Moved the bins into the correct order because they had been emptied today and the binmen had just put them back in any old order. My neighbour saw what I was doing and tapped the window to say thanks.

I got up reasonably early which is something I've been struggling with recently.

Yesterday I couldn't print off my tickets as I'd copied down the wrong booking reference. It was only 20 mins to my train and I didn't panic, I just called telesales and sorted out.

I asked my supervisor to accompany me to my work meeting so I could get support in putting my concerns across on Wednesday.

Was almost going to waste this day but didn't and dialled in to a meeting I was reluctant to face.

Sent email making sure that I prepared for what could be a challenging few days at work rather than burying my head in the sand.

I sat through 2 lots of therapy from start to finish for the first time ever.

Knowing I wasn't particularly safe in halls and making the decision to go to my parents' house where it is safe.
