You could tell them you are off to bed for tonight and you'll text them tomorrow, that way you'll get a little break.
It's good you are getting some of your work done.

its good youre getting some done.
sorry if youve already said, but are uni supporting you at all? if the doctor tells uni then you can get special circumstances, giving a bit more time for deadlines etc

This is a big step you've taken that you should be proud of. That must have been very hard to do.

Do you think you could try calling them again? You were so brave in doing it before.

I am fuming. My phone blocks private numbers and i saw it blocked one at midnight. Called up the crisis team they said it was them. They said they would call bqck.i offered to alter the settings on my phone to accept private numbers they said no need theyl use a different number. I checked my phone this morning. They called at half 1 on a private number and my phone blocked it again.

My phone settings are like that because someone gave out my number after I blocked them and I started getting blocked number phone calls from her friends.
I'd prefer to keep the setting how it is for the time being but if i call back I suppose I can remove it.
I'm going to go round to my parents now anyway

You could always phone them back and adjust your phone settings temporarily. You did well in phoning them and it's good you always have that option. I hope you have a good time at your parents.

There unaware. In the past when iv had mental health crisis my parents would become very angry and frustrated. I think my mums guessed though. I asked her to help me find some paperwork i needed a few months ago and i think she saw my refferal letter to the cmht. Nothing was said though. My mum doesnt like me having help though when i was losing my support worker I was offered another one and my mum said no it should be family supporting me not strangers. I dont think whe realises theyv become unapproachable for me.
Its helped having a distraction though x

I'm sorry your parents aren't understanding. I'm glad they have been able to distract you though. That's always good.
Are you back home? How are you feeling?

So I woke up today for my Gps opening hour. (Its two surgerys combined together). Neither GP had an emergency appointment.
I dont feel right tbh. I feel like my reality is distorting.
