Is there any sort of self-care that may make you feel a little better? I find I feel brighter after washing my hair and drying it nice. Or something like putting a face mask on.
I know that kind of thing takes a lot of effort when you are feeling really low, so I appreciate if you don't feel up to that. If not them what about a putting on a disney movie. I know it isn't going to solve your problems, but it may just bring a smile to your face.

Ended up in A&E again last night with self harm and arsehole police. My arms were pretty screwed up but they wouldn't let me just go and sort it out at home they made me have stitches when I didn't want them. I feel irrationally angry because I Know they're only doing their jobs but sometimes I just want to be LEFT ALONE.

Two sets of people followed me when I went out today. On separate occasions. I know I live in an 'interesting' neighbourhood but still... feel like am being watched.

I've called the number I'm supposed to ring when desperate. They haven't answered, or no, the call isn't important enough so shove off was the jist... so I can only conclude its right to do what I need to do. All I needed was...well.

It just means they're super busy love. It means nothing about you, your worth or what you deserve. They're just busy with too many calls and not enough resource. So basically just be angry at Cameron.
Is there someone close you can talk to???? Or can you go to A&E????

All there rest of you you have no idea how much your replies mean to me right now. The HTT team did eventually get back to me saying they have an inpatient bed South, I'm sorry can barely stand admission under normal circumstances but away from family and friends? No.

Is there any way you can take the admission with view to being moved as soon as a bed were free?
I hope you have a nice shower. Tip for the future, if you have one make a hot water bottle (and brew some tea) or hootie and wrap your jimjams round it then when you get out of the shower they're warm and you can snuggle with them.
