Too old to be doing this

I am looking for support from an older crowd. Say between 30 and 50 perhaps. Are there any of you out there?

There's more of us here than you would think. I'm 31 and have been struggling with anxiety and SH since I was 17. I too can understand the "too old" feeling. You should check out the veterans board. Or if you ever want to talk pm me.

It is good to know that this isn't as uncommon as I thought. I hope we will eventually be well enough to stop but until then it is nice to be able to chat to others.
