As LegoGirl said, even though things seem pretty bad right now, you've obviously made progress in the past and things have gotten better, so they can again. Sometimes we have these patches, but it doesn't take away the progress we made before.
Perhaps it'd help to go over when triggered things over the weekend and try to come up with a plan so that if something similar happens again you can try to limit the amount it affects you?
Do you have any support right now? Be it, professional or non-professional, it might help to speak to someone in real life.
It can take a while to get the dose and medication right, but it's a positive sign that they were working at one point. Could you go to the person who prescribed it?
We are all human and we all make mistakes, and while it hurts to hurt someone else, it doesn't mean you're a bad person, just that you're human. Perhaps it'd help to talk to them?
