do you like my potato?

I'm glad your GP is treating you correctly and that you've been referred to the local MH team.
Whats happening about the depakote? And have you thought about taking some time off work? I don't think it's good for you to work there when you are so manic and unstable.
Yes I know you don't believe you are manic, but you are close to being sectioned because you don't have insight into that!
If everyone is telling you the same thing you need to seriously consider that they are right and you are unwell right now.
Edit- Last week you said today's appointment was going to be an assessment if you have bipolar? Did that happen or are the MH team doing that?

I've got to be honest, I think Chelsea's guess of "almost two weeks" is look increasingly optimistic at this stage.
Have you done the budgeting thing?

It doesn't matter where you come from; it matters where you go.
No-one gets remembered for the things they didn't do. We won't all be here this time next year,
so while you can take a picture of us. We're definitely going to hell,
but we'll have all the best stories to tell.

I already called work and said I'll be back for my next shift on Wednesday! ! But I'll have a return to work interview anyway so I'm sure that if they think I'm not ok to work after the interview then they'll let me know!! I can't wait to go back! I'm going insane stuck at home! !
But I feel ill presumably from venlafaxine withdrawal so I feel like I'm gonna throw up but so restless and it's worse cos I can't move Without nearly being sick! !!!
Idk. I guess they'll leave that up to the mh team if I see them!!!
I tried calling my Cpn so she can call the Gp and tell them to back the **** off!!! But she's busy! As per usual!!@
I will NOT get sectioned if I go to the appointment on Thursday I tried to say I didn't need it but I have to go otherwise they'll freak out and it's better to go and see them for 10 mins than ignore them and risk something worse!!!!

I'm fine! Totally fine. I don't know why it's coming out all loud and squeaky, 'cause really, I'm fine!
Who else is fine?!?!?

Dont you normally complain that your cpn is doing exactly that when new crisis people, doctors etc. See you and therefore prevents you from getting the help you need when you seek it?v
You cant complain about her doing that and call her useless for doing it, suggest she is sabotaging the help you seek and then yet ask for her to do just that at other times.. Surely it would be confusing for her as well to know how to act regarding you when one moment you tell her to tell the people wanting to help you to back off and practically leave you to your own devices but other times you get so upset and angry when she does just that.
You have to figure out what it is you a tually want for her generally as this is making it impossible for her as well to tell what you need or dont need.

I do complain about her when I actually NEED the help like when I was depressed and was desperate for any help at all and she was just like 'deal with it'
But now when people are trying to 'help' because they believe that I have something wrong with me, my Cpn could be quite useful in telling them that in fact there is nothing wrong with me and maybe they'll stop pushing meds and threatening sections!!

Please be honest in your return to work interview, it is very important. I'm sure you understand as you have always said the safety of your residents is the most important thing.
How are you feeling this afternoon? Sounds like coming off the Venlafaxine is not very pleasant.
