The best things to do are to keep it rested, elevate it (have it lifted higher than your hip), have a bandage like an ACE wrap around the area and put ice on it. If you're using ice make sure you use it with a damp towel between the ice (usually best if it's something like a bag of frozen peas) and your skin and use it for a maximum of 15mins every hour.

If this still isn't helping you could take Acetaminophen (Tylenol) at the dose recommended for your age on the leaflet/ box and only take it if you don't have any medical problems that it lists you shouldn't use it with or you're on any medications that you shouldn't use it with. Due to your age no other medications can be used unless you talk to a doctor.

Really if it's not improving in 24hrs you need to get it checked by a doctor. If you've not already been checked by a doctor due to your cuts and OD yesterday then I'd recommend you go anyway and get them to look at your cuts, assess your OD and examine your ankle.

You have to use pain relief spray.

^ there is no such thing as 'pain relief spray' there are some local anaesthetic creams but they wouldn't help with this and there are also spray on/ massage in deep heat/ cool sprays but they're not necessarily going to work and could cause more problems in some cases.

Glad you got it checked. Hopefully the knee brace helps and it starts to heal well. Also, make sure you follow the instructions given to you by the person you saw and don't overdo it (or even underdo it) as it could cause it to worsen and you to have problems for longer.
