As the original Queendom was a HUGE thread & as far as I know the members who originally started it are no longer around? (Please correct me if I'm wrong!) I thought its about time we started a new one

Thanks for starting the thread. Been a looooong day- but good. So tired though and quite nervous about my parents coming over and things I know I'll have to do when they do. How are you?

no, not really, still all the nervous about university in september being told i have to learn to cook but food is scaring me and being away from home is scaring me xxxx

Hi Disney freak, sorry it's scaring you. Do you know what cannot going to uni that isscaring you the most? Uni is really scary the whole the whole prospect but majority of people say it's the best time of their lives. What uni are you going to? With regard cooking for total you will hopefully pick it up. You probably know already how to cook quite abit but anyway have you heard or seen a student cookbook? Just thought I'd share some good news,,, I just got the go ahead for a new flat, with double glazing A GARDEN, a study and its ground floor!!! I can grow all my veg & my cat will have an extra room to play in,, eeeeeeep

it's just this idea of being alone, i'm scared of living alone last time i did i was really poorly and when I go to uni they'll be no way of going home like i did when i was living alone before and got ill.
I'm going to a uni in wales called bangor university, i want to learn to cook but i'm so scared of it im worried that it may just mean that i will burn everything or poision myself or just not cook it properly so that i won't have to eat.
I've not heard of it i will look though, thank you xxxx
