Im just looking around this site and seeing what it all about, a friend of mine referred me to this site after it helped her loads.
Ive been suffering from depression for years and the last year /18 months have been hard.... ive felt it getting worse. early this year i was ODing but that stopped and havent in a while. I dont get tempted to do that now but the depression is still strong and still something that needs help.
i dont know what to expect signing up and i hope it helps but for now .... hi all
