bad nausea/stomach cramping

im feeling very ill at the moment, terrible nausea and stomach cramping, any remedies also I've been vomiting i know its a bug, but would advil help the cramping associated with my sensitive stomach or will it make it worse?

I am not doing it for myself, I am doing it for them!

Hi I'm not sure what Advil is but could you get immodium plus? I find them great for cramps, bloating, diarrhea etc and they work quite quickly. It has to be the plus version though as the regular one is just for diarrhea. You can get motillium for the nausea. There is a tablet that melts on your tongue so should be good if you're vomiting. Make sure you have enough to drink too. You can get dioralyte in the chemist to replace fluids and electrolytes from vomiting but lucozade sport is similar.

I'm not sure how advil would affect the stomach, but avoid ibuprofen for sure. Have you tried any natural remedies like peppermint or ginger? Or have you tried pepto bismol?

Giving up doesn't always mean you're weak.
Sometimes it just means you're strong enough to let go.
