Fair enough if people want to live somewhere like that, but it's not for me. Even if I bought a place there I'd probably be constantly ushered out of the building based on my scruffy appearance
£8.4 million for an apartment smaller than my back garden? They're having a giraffe right?

They are lovely flats, but over priced and to me they seem more like office/studios. They just don't seem homely to me. I like old flats with character. You can't beat a Glasgow tenament flat! I'm so lucky where I live.
I have sent off for brochures for similar places and to my astonishment they do send them. You would think that by checking my address they would have some idea its very doubtful apart from a lottery win i could acquire a property costing several million pounds.
I'd rather have my 4 bedroom house in the country than live in one of those. I know you pay for location, but I can't imagine wanting to live in a city ever again.
