I'm about 50 hours into Oblivion now, which I think is the longest I've kept at it without giving up. I will finish it this time, I'm determined to! :P
I'm new to the thread *waves at people*
I'm not much of a gamer really and am playing Lego Star Wars atm. I have to say I do find it kind of boring. IMO they put too much of the story into the cut scenes instead of making stuff part of the levels.
I still like the first Lego Star Wars, but I think that is a valid point about putting too much story into the cutscenes and not enough into the actual gameplay. But I kind of think that the same could be said for the other Lego games I've played. That said, I haven't even played half of them, so it might not apply to the ones I've never played.
Well, I think there is a lot of story in the Lego Indy levels (though they do not always stick to the films really, I didn't really mind though). Just wait until you get to play it with me!
I know someone who is probably really jealous now. :P
Just a bit. :P
I do feel like that game can wait a while though; there's still other games I want to play before I get around to it. WWE '13 is still at the top of that list. :P
I never got around to completing Skyrim, the game is bloody huge lol. Might start it again, I hate jumping back into a game if I have not played it in months and months.

I'm still playing Oblivion, like Skyrim it's absolutely huge but I feel like I'm finally making progress and getting things done. I've finished the Fighters Guild, Mages Guild and Arena questlines and am making headway with the Dark Brotherhood. So maybe I'll finally finish the game this time, hopefully before Christmas.
It's funny though... a while ago I was thinking "Once I finish Oblivion I'll be free! I can escape from Tamriel and focus more on my studies!" And then more recently I thought "When I finish Oblivion, I should have another go at Skyrim and finish that too." And then last night I thought "Y'know what? I never gave Morrowind a fair chance. It was the first Elder Scrolls game I ever played and it was too overwhelming so I gave up very early on, but now that I've played Oblivion and Skyrim I should have a better idea of what to do. I'll give it another go."
F*ck you Bethesda, if I don't get a degree it's your fault! :P
It is huge, but that's kind of why I like it. I can wander around and around and not really do anything unless I feel like it. It's nice to use for distraction.
Yeah that is very true, I started a new game today so hopefully I will complete it this time.
