Life what does it mean **** all to me i have no one and nothing anymore i mean really my mum and dad turn around and tell me that i'm a mistake in the past year ive been hospitalized 4 or 5 times seems that no one wants me but no one wants me to die so i have no idea whats up i drink so much i should be dead but im not i cant seem to fix the pain no matter what i try nothing helps

We don't want you to die. There are people out there that want you and who would be hurting so much if you died. That's really out of order for your parents to be saying that and I know it's easier said than done but just try to ignore it and try not to let it get to you. I hope you'll be ok

its dead hard no to let it get to me i havent stopped drinking in 2 days because of it hopefully it will get better at some point

I know it is, I've had my mum say some really horrible stuff to me before and it's much better just to try and let it go over your head. Drinking might help you forget about it now but it's just going to mess you up in the long run. Is there anything else you could do to take your mind off it?

I work on another forum as a mod so that takes my mind off it a bit but theres not really much else its just that or the SI starts again and thats cut down slightly compared to how it used to be

Maybe go for a long walk? What sort of things do you usually like to do? Just try and do them to take your mind off things. If you ever need to talk my PM box is open

Thanks :) i usually play the guitar write songs or remix songs and i'm still kinda the same had a few to many tablets again and more alcohol

Just try and do a lot of that until all the urges go or whatever. I find that helps me a lot.

ive been on my guitar most of today and had my camera out and cleaned my room and still feel like rubbish

It'll take a bit of time before you feel better. But at least it's taking your mind off things for a bit :) Never heard of anyone feeling better straight away, just need to keep at it

yeah its helping :) somethings i can fix fast but this will take a while

It won't go straight away. I know that mine usually takes about a week to past. Just gotta fight through it. Things will get better even if it doesn't seem like it now
