So, I'm really curious to see if there are any fellow Lolita's on here.
Not the "sexually precocious young girl" kind. The Japanese fashion kind!
If there are any Lolita's, I must know!
And also, I'd like to know all of your views on the fashion, if you are aware of it, and if you can be bothered to google it if you aren't :)

Reason: Adding Links.
A lot of people don't like the fashion/misunderstand it.
I understand why, though.
I mean, I can't dress like a little Victorian girl and expect to get no negative responses from doing it!
Everyone should try lolita! It's amazing.. All the ruffles and lace and frills and petticoats! *dies* But it's so amazingly expensive T__T
Yeah, I live far away from London. Middlesbrough, to be exact. And pretty much everyone dresses in tracksuits and skinny jeans here!
Which is fine, and I don't judge people for wearing tracksuits. But they still judge me and give me grief where ever I go ¬_¬
Though to be fair, JodiE does live in London so it's probably usual to see people dressed weirdly there :P
Especially as I live in Camden Town. We have the highest rate of mental health problems of all the boroughs *is proud* so there are lots of eccentrically dressed folk round my end.
The most Japanese I've got is a school uniform and I love it!!
SERENITY is my RYL mum.
SOLO is my RYL auntie.
SEFKA is my RYL daughter.
DAYS GONE BYE is my RYL sister.
JEFFERSON.MERIWETHER is my RYL son.
OLINESS is my RYL son.
I think Gothic Lolita is one of the most beautiful fashion styles in the world.
I love the whole Lolita culture, although I'm not a part of it.
Now I'll play your ghost as my ace, whenever I'm led astray.
But I am actually good, can't help it if we're tilted.
I'm in my right place, don't be a downer.
Today the weather here is pretty decent, so I went for a walk in the park, and of course I wore lolita.
I was minding my own business and playing with my dog, when a man came up to me and asked for a picture with me.
He said he'd already taken some pictures of me from far away, but wanted a close up, and he wanted to be in the picture.
I said that it wasn't right for him to take pictures of me without asking first, and that I'm not an attraction that is there for people to photograph.
He was pissed and stormed off, and I wonder if what I said and the way I reacted to him was right? Or was I too rude?
Sorry for the long post, but I'm not sure how I should react to such things.
Should I allow people to invade my privacy like that because what I wear is so far out of the ordinary?
