Iris by Googoo Dolls effects me a lot in a negative way. But it's so pretty. I guess that makes me a masochist.
Starts With One by Shiny Toy Guns effects me in a positive way. Also the first theme to Pokemon.

Silence can be golden but gold can sometimes suffocate

These are perhaps a bit strange, but I find Mumford & Sons - 'Sigh no more' and 'the cave' really affect me.
They have such a positive message, are upbeat, and really make me feel glad to be alive.
There are, it has been said, two types of people in the world. There are those who, when presented with a glass that is exactly half full, say: 'This glass is half full'. And then there are those who say: 'This glass is half empty'.
The world belongs, however, to those who can look at the glass and say: 'What's up with this glass? Excuse me? Excuse me? This is my glass? I don't think so. My glass was full! And it was a bigger glass!
When I was first diagnosed with depression (aged 12) I used to cry at pretty much everything that sounded remotely emotional but "I Don't Want To Miss A Thing by Aerosmith" used to get me the worst for some reason.
Now when I hear it I feel more embarrassed than upset, ahaha.
Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents want. What do you want?
DEFFLY some Our Lady Piece stuff.
Mainly "Bring Back The Sun" and "Somewhere Out There"
And "Fireflies" by Owl City because it was my best fried's sister's favourite song and she passed away, so whenever I listen to it now it has a totally new meaning for me.
The OLP songs alwayzz make me really sad because I listened to that a lot during a really rough time in my life, and they just fir so perfectly with what was going on, it was crazy.
That I will never know what it was like to be her. But I know what it's like to want to die. How it hurts to smile. How you try to fit in but you can't. You hurt yourself on the outside to try to kill the thing on the inside. -Susanna, Girl, Interrupted
'My heart will go on' by Celine Dion makes me cry, as does the entire score/soundtrack for Titanic. Irish music makes me upset but also soothes me, in a way.
