you are not lonely. people are out there for you. the longer it takes you to find them, the more worthwhile the outcome will be. One of my favourite quotes is by Maxwell Maltz. He says 'If you make friends with yourself, you well never be lonely.'
You are not alone there are always people you can find to talk to. Even if (like i had to do once) you have to walk 5 miles to find them.

I hope you all stay strong and take better care of yourselves than I have been known to do in real life.

I wish i were a robot, robots memory can be easily wiped out without bad side effects, the emotions can be programmed and the physical damage can be rapaired in such a way no one would know it had happend.
We are male and female. We are artists, athletes, and students. We have depression, PTSD, eating disorders, bipolar disorder, or maybe no diagnosis at all. Some of us were abused, some not. We come from all walks of life and can be any age. We are every race or religion that you can think of. Our common link is this: We are in pain. We self-injure. And we are not freaks.
No wonder you're tired, even the thought of walking five miles would make me! (actually love walking, be a nice challenge, just not in this weather!)
Hope you get some well deserved sleep/rest

I hope you all stay strong and take better care of yourselves than I have been known to do in real life.

A friend is one of the nicest things you can have, and one of the best things you can be, As for butter versus margarine, I trust cows more than chemists, however i still can't eat butter :)
Are you allowed access to the computer in the hospital? i've always avoided going in for MH isues.
I hope you all stay strong and take better care of yourselves than I have been known to do in real life.

Well, it's not so much that i don't have one. it's just i don't recognise it. I think it's mainly a mix of depression, tierd, unsafe and worried. But i think that there might be one or two good ones in there as well.
*bring you some warm milk to help you sleep, tuck you into bed and read a chapter/onth of `the moth diaries`.*
