Then wear the gold hat, if that will move her;
If you can bounce high, bounce for her too,
Till she cry "Lover, gold-hatted, high-bouncing lover,
I must have you!"

See, I don't understand meat :( I just don't understand why people like it. I know that sounds silly, but...
Genuine question, do you not like the taste of meat at all then? Like you don't find any pleasure in the taste? I can understand being grossed out about the origins, but the taste? Om nom nom nom.
Oh yeah and Nic? I'm offended.

Not... Not really. I mean, I can't say that I don't like the taste of any meat, because I haven't tried every meat and I know that different meats taste different... But if I were to start eating meat again, I could probably only manage the non-meat-like things, like ham and mince (in lasagne, or something); the idea of just sitting and eating a steak pretty much just makes me feel ill, just trying to imagine forcing myself to eat all of that. I don't know, I think I've just never particularly enjoyed the taste/texture of a lot of meats.
And I really, really would like to eat fish... But it just smells! And it tastes all fishy! And that's pretty gross too.
It's probably just that I haven't let my taste buds mature enough to grow accustomed to meat, but yeah, not a fan :P
I've never really understood how some people call themselves vegetarians, but they still eat fish and other seafood. I've always considered fish to be animals, but I guess that's just me. I don't get it. ^^

I'm vegetarian at home because I don't like eating meat but if I'm out at a restaurant or round at my parents etc. I'll sometimes eat meat, so as not to cause a fuss and because I think I'm probably due the protein. I'm like a really easy-going vegetarian, heh. Not religious about the ethical reasons or anything, it's mainly just I'd rather avoid meat.. for the most part.
Stop thinking about what I want, what he wants, what your parents want. What do you want?
Mmmm meat. Being raised primarily by Muslims, I actually never tasted bacon until like a month ago. HEAVEN. Course I felt like a huge let-down to the fam, but...ohhhhh, bacon. 21 years neglecting bacon. Shame. Time I can never get back...*sigh*. I'm one of those anti-animal cruelty ppl who gets hated on for not being a vegetarian. Bad times.
