its now been about three months since i SH and im so pleased. ive been so happy lately and havent even had strong urges. if i have a small urge,i can say 'no,im not doing that' and i can distract myself.
most of my scars have faded except a couple,and im so pleased.
never thought it would happen.id love to manage 6 months!
