Positive recovery post - Like getting up too fast.
Sometimes, when you jump into something way to fast, you get absorbed, sucked in by it, and it causes nothing but trouble. But then if you step in at the right time for you, the time to start recovering, then it will be great... The first time I went for recovery, I jumped in headfirst, and it felt like getting up to fast. When you get up too fast, you feel an urge to sit down while you are dizzy... I was in that dizzy state for a while. Now I'm sitting. But I will find the strength to stand up slowly, not get dizzy, and maybe even stand for a while. I really don't know why I posted this.. I just felt a little poetic, and I wanted to share a little bit of my thoughts. I hope you like it..
