I was.... cutting.... and my brother walked into the room.... I freaked out, and ended up making a complete mess all over my blanket and my jacket...... I really don't know what to do now... I slowed the bleeding, and everything..... I'm just.... so scared of what my brother is going to do......

I'd just try talking to him in private or something. Print off some leaflets if you find it hard to explain. Check out the section on RYL. It has some pretty good information for carers/parents/family.
It's horrible that someone walked in one you. I hope it doesn't cause any problems between yourself and your brother. Even though it can be hard to talk to someone about it, people can be really understanding.
Did he previously know you cut yourself, or did he find out when he saw you? Either way, it would be a good idea to talk to him and help him understand why you do it.

And he is seventeen, but he won't understand. He knows about my self injury... He knows from some pretty nasty things he has done :/ (Not going into detail, I'm scared of getting yelled at again) He has seen a lot of my scars. But... It was just so scary that he may have seen me in the act that scares me the most... I don't know what all he saw. I don't know if he saw all of it or none of it :/.... I'm just still freaked about how he walked in.......
My mum walked in on me before, it was pretty humiliating so I know how you feel.
Like everyone's said, I think your best bet is to try and talk to him about it, it's the only way to know what he's thinking etc.

you weren't yelled at sweet, she just pointed out something you could've left out and in all due respect, i agree.
it's understandable you are freaked out. SI is a very private thing..
i say, if he knows about it. leave it.
if he's that bothered, he will come and speak to you himself.
