Triggering (SI) - Ahhh urges and can't do anything
Threw my tools away recently so that it would be more difficult for me to SI, I know that was a positive step, and obviously worth it cause if I hadn't I'd definetely be cutting right now. But aaaaaaahhhhhhhhhh just AAAAHHHHH.
I'm so frustrated! I'm too young to drive and I have nothing and I feel like a crazy person that this is a concern! UGH! I've even been thinking about burning which I've never done. I just feel totally dominated by it right now.
I can't believe how much time I've spent thinking about this today. Trying to find reasons for things. I don't have ANYTHING. literally nothing. There's a part of me that recognises this is a good thing but aah. I just know I'm not gonna sleep tonight. I feel so out of control.

Throwing your things away was a really positive step hun.
I know it's hard when you get the urges and you KNOW you have nothing to do it with...but it will get easier.
Try to distract yourself with anything, whether thats just watching a film or reading, maybe drawing....anything you can think of that will take your mind of it for a little while.
Sorry I can't offer more advice. But PM me if you need to.

Throwing things away was a really brave a good thing to do :) Well done for that.
As said above, try to find things to distract you or calm you down.
Watch TV, read a book, play a game, do something creative like writing or drawing... Just do something you generally enjoy :)
I find it nice when I'm all stressed out to go for a walk down to a park or river, its really soothing :) If you aren't somewhere where you can get to a park, try meditation or yoga, or listen to relaxing music :) It helps.
If youre really frustrated punching a pillow could help you get some of that anger out? Or simply writing your thoughts on paper. If you want to vent, I'm always here to listen :) Don't be afraid to PM me.
Take care xx

Thanks for replying guys :) I really appreciate it.
Feeling a little better today, still having urges today but it feels controllable/bearable. I know I would've caved yesterday had it been possible.
Thanks also for the distraction ideas- I ended up putting ipod on really loud and writing most of the night. I was a little out of it at school today as you can imagine- but oh well, small price to pay :).
*hugs*
