I am currently:

Possibly Triggering - 8 months!
so i've made it 8 months now. It's the longest that i have gone without some form of Self injury since 2004. I still have the urges but i don't know-i really want to stop this. I've started to exercise again, and to go out again with friends and that has really helped. After i got out of the psych hospital in 2008-my life changed for the better. So i am really happy about this <3
and hang in there all ya'll that are still fighting this, you can beat it *hugs* i love all of you. We are in this together <3
