I know its hard but I think you should tell someone. Tell them now before things get worse so you can get the support you need before things do get out of control. You owe it to both you and your baby to make sure you are supported. You will get through this, their is no shame in asking for help. Best of luck. Take care

Do you think that you might be down because you're pregnant? Some women get like that, they just get down for no reason during their pregnancy. It's called Antenatel Depression and apparently it can be as common as post-natal depression. Get some support with this. I hope all goes well with you :)

Maybe it is something to do with your pregnancy but that doesn't mean you should dismiss it. I would definitely talk to somebody about it, who do you trust that you could talk to? I would just be perfectly honest with them and highlight your problems and fears.

Don't be afraid to ask for help.

you are better telling someone how you feel
your baby wont be taken off you for being truthful - they prefer to keep children wth their parents and offer support.
but...if they find out that you have been feeling down and not seeked help then there is a possibility they take the baby as they dont know if you are capable to look after it and ask for support.
