I got my lip pierced yesterday & found it a major trigger. GRR. 4 days off 2 months cut free..

It's a reasonable response that the pain would make you feel good hun, esspecially if you are only jsut starting to recover. You're not stupid...you had no idea of the effect it would have.
Stay strong and distract yourself as much as possible.
