really stupid boy troubles

okay, this is silly, but i'd quite like your advice, and also just to vent

i'm off to uni in two weeks, but on saturday i met the NICEST BOY EVER
like, we have lots in common, he's really sweet (and attractive!) and basically perfect. i'm cursing myself for not knowing him earlier

i promised myself i wouldn't go to uni with a boyfriend, it's so much effort, and would be really silly to get into a relationship now
but i really do like this guy! we kissed a lot saturday night, but that's all that happened. the next time i see him he might pretend like it was nothing or it might be really awkward, which is why i know it's silly for me to be thinking too hard about this, it may be a moot point.

ANYWAY there's a possibility i'm gonna see him monday night, i really need some advice on how to handle it! my head's gonna explode

*hugs* it's totally up to you if you want a boyfriend in uni. there's ups and downs to it. on one hand, it's nice to have a connection so you're not alone. on the other hand, it can be distracting. it's your choice.

if it gets awkward with him, i'd just take that as a sign it's not meant to be type thing. but if you like him and he likes you back, then you really gotta weight the options of starting a relationship. would it be a long-distance relationship or will he be close to you when you're in uni?

thanks for the advice. it would very much be a very long distance relationship, of which i have seen many fall apart. and i think i'd rather just enjoy uni life. also, i don't think we'd exactly have a strong enough connection in 2 weeks to survive long distance. i do really like him though!

i'm probably seeing him tonight with a group of other people, so i might just see what happens. i always kill things like this by thinking about them too much! tobehonest he probably doesn't feel the same as i do at all :(

long distance relationships are hard. but it's up to you. maybe you could talk to him and ask him how he feels about the situation?
