try to distract urself..rubberband maybe... u'll regret it if u cut again...the pleasure and satisfaction seeing blood and feeling the pain are just temporary...and u'll keep wanting to cut again and again...

Well done on not cutting for a while, that takes a lot of strength, and even though you are struggling now, you can keep up that strength. There's better ways to see that you are alive and feel not-empty, is there anything else that helps you feel alive? If you haven't done it for a while, you can keep going that way. You're strong enough to make it through the urges.

gosh the urges are always so hard...
i accidently cut a part of of my finger last week while washing dishes and strangly the same effect happened... i wanted more
i ended up taking the same things tha cut me and used it to hack at at a tomato... (probably sounds useless and stupid) but i was cutting somthing that wasnt me that had red lliquid spill out of it.
perhaps you could try something like that instead of harming yourself
