Adult - My dreams lately **Triggering**
Something is really bothering me at the moment.. The amount of dreams that I have been remembering.. I'm not really a person who remebers her dreams.. but just lately I have been having dreams that are much more real and vibrant than anything ive ever had before.
One dream was very sexual..
and the other dream was very violent...
They were such disturbing dreams.. especially with the first one because I have always thought I am straight but I in the first dream I was really enjoying the feeling of what was going on.. and the second dream just scared me because of how utterly violent it was..
My head is scrambled.. I dnt want to sleep anymore..

Dreams bother me too, and they've been more bothersome recently. Like you, it puts me off going back to sleep. Today, i got up for a couple of hours after dreaming, wrote out briefly what had happened in them, distracted myself with something mindless, then went back to bed. Fortunately i have the time to do that.

I think dreams are ways of your mind working stuff out for itself, at least that's what my therapist used to say, and it sort of worked for me.
As for the first dream - well to me it's not an odd thing to dream or think about, but then I write fiction which is roughly similar and am someone who believes that people are natually bi - so manybe I'm nto a good person to judge, but I would say, go with it and enjoy what you felt.
With the second, really it's better to dream the violence out of your system, it sounds like you're very angry, with someone.
Sorry, I probably don't make much sense -

The Doctor: What, you've never been bored? Never had a long night? Never had a lot of cabinets to put up?

Even straight people can have dreams with a sexual encounter of the same sex. That doesn't actually mean you are gay, if that is what you are concerned about. Dreams are dreams, sometimes your brain wants to play out possible scenerios. Also: your first dream could also symbolize your masucline and feminine sides of your personality coming togeather.
As for the second dream, its natural to work off anger and fustration in your subconscious.
Don't worry!
