I'm doing the same with my exams shadow, missed all my January one's through illness.
Now I'm panicking if next weeks exams don't go well and I have resits added to my august first sits, that'd just be too much work! really hope that doesn't happen.
Can you get extenuating circumstances for today's one?

ive just found out that they have moved my presentation to monday and i have no idead what i have to do as they are gunna tell us in the morning and then give us 2hrs to prepare and then present... i very scared i hate presentations and 2hrs is not enough time for me. i was going to ask someone on mon what we had to do ready for wednesday but now i cant do that....and i think i should have arranged to have an appointment with my dissertation tutor before these workshops but i havent due to exams and revision...im so stressed *sigh*

Could you maybe email your tutor tonight and ask if they can give you an outline of what you might have to do? Explain how anxious you get and that you understand if they can't but you want to do well in this module etc etc. I know it's the weekend now but they might check their emails, especially with an assessment on Monday.
Remember that getting stressed won't help anything. There's nothing you can do to change the situation you are in so you have to deal with it (not trying to be pessimistic). You can do it, and remember everyone else is in the same situation so they will all be nervous too.

i emailed her yesturday but i dont think she'll get back to me till monday but ive been doing some more reading and feel a bit better... i just hate it when they change things just makes me panic... i mean the group that i have to present to isnt even that big and most of they are really nice but one guy likes asking stupid questions just to catch you out
but its my dissertation and he wont know anything about it so i should be fine

Can I have a rant please? I want vacation! I am doing the very stuff which is going to be my specialization, but I sooooo hate it right now. What the... am I thinking in specializing in this? As if it really is fun. And as if I am ever going to get a job with this bull***. Madness, Paws, madness, you are working yourself into trouble again.
Then another thing, I have to decide whether or not I shall study abroad for three months. I think I want to, but I am scared shitless. Really scared. It may turn out into an absolute disaster and I am so afraid.

my last exam is tomorrow; its all almost over for the year. I'm already averaging a first on this module, so I think I'm not too worried about the exam. I didn't sleep much last night though, nothing to do with exams, just really bad stomach pain. gah.
Anyway, I'm going to get revising, hopefully I can do a really good job on this paper.

MY GROUP PRESENTATION IS OVER!!!!! Now just a huge paper, my last newspaper article, and 2 tests left.
And hopefully I don't throw my computer out the window before I get my new one! It kept crashing all day yesterday and I was in the library for hours on theirs.

my presentation was ok it wasnt really a presentation we just had to basically tell our group what our dissertation was about theres six of us in the group but still i hated it and had to remeber to breathe, they really didnt sound iterested in my topic :( but never mind theirs didnt sound that interesting to me but now im terrified of a preentation that counts as part of our disseration but i have plenty of time to stress about it as its in october
and now theyve moved a deadline from next monday to friday and we are only being told what we have to do for it tomoro and i had to mark a disseration tonight for tomoro so we could be critical of our own when we get round to writing them
ive got work overload at the mo
im not having fun

gah - ive been home for 2 days and already fallen out with my mother. so much unpacking to do and everything - need to find a job, get a placement for my dissertation, do all the reading, get in touch with my supervisor, my mothers off work sick and ive already fallen out with her! roll on september *sigh*

As for me, finished that paper. So 1 article (involving 2 phone calls) and 2 huge tests. I'll be done next Wednesday. My computer only has to hold out until then, since I'm getting a new one.
