It's important that you speak to a medical professional. No matter what the medical condition, there's always something a doctor can do to help you, from talking therapies to medication. Don't give up hope for yourself; you'll be surprised what doctors can suggest.

I personally know that sometimes I'll see an object and just know that I need to hurt myself with it, so I know how you feel; it can be quite upsetting and frightening. Did you seek some medical attention for your injuries?

Take care, cel xxx

your not beyond help sweetie, and it dont matter where you do it as to whether you can get help or not. but you do need to ask for help as that is the only way any of this can get better.

try and ignore other peoples ignorant comments cos they know nothing about it, clearly!

You are not beyond help, it doesnt not matter where you cut, all that matters is that you did it and you need to get help to try to stop or to see why you did it...
Hope you can get the help you need

No one is ever beyond help.
I do the same thing when I see a possible tool.. i just use it even if its dirty or anything... I cant help it. I know the temptation just overthrows all of my intentions. I cut in weird places... I dont think it matters where you cut at all to be honest. Not everybody cuts on thier wrists\arms.
You need to go speak to a doctor. They can refer you to someone who can give you the right kind of support and they can help you sort through and get to the root of your problems. I know its hard. I recently went for help for the first time, and I have been selfharming for......almost 8 years, so its never too late to get help either. I know its hard but i strongly suggest it. I hope your ok
