Eating Disorder - broken blood vessels

I have what i think is broken blood vessels all over my face now. Like under my eyes, cheeks, and jaw line. I think its from purging, most likely it is since it has been bad lately. is there any other thing, except for time, that makes them heal quicker. it looks like a have a rash on my face or something :\

I wonder why this happened all of a sudden, because it's never happened to me before this time.

When this happened to me I just let it die down - it didn't take too long, a few days I think. I'm not sure if you can do anything else, really.

Its to do with the pressure you exert on your blood vessels in your face when you purge.
The best thing you can do is splash cold water on your face after you purge. This can help lessen the redness but it wont make it go away completely.
