I am currently:

Triggering (SI/ED) - well dunno what to do....
my girlfriend is being really horrible to me putting more strain on me than i need... she wants me to in this order
1. get a job (even though at the moment i am petrified of the outside world)
2. move out with her (even though we cant afford to move out)
3. stop all my problems so we can go on holiday (so thats SI, my ED, my mood swings, my drinking and my attitude)
she doesnt understand me no matter how i try to explain it and when i try to show her a website shes like "dont care your problem not mine" and then she expects me to help her out with everything,
its really putting a strain on me and i just really need some support...
(the other reason i am angry is because i moved 200 miles to be with her)

Having read that I wonder what she does do for you and why you moved so far to be with someone who doesn't seem to understand you, becuase that's what you seem to be saying.
Putting it brutally you need to tell her to either show you some support or she's on her own. You need to look after you.
If she did show some support would that make a difference though, would it be enough for you to stop some of the things, maybe not the SI or ED, but the attitude, drinking etc. Does she think that her support makes no difference.
Sure you moved 200 miles, but was that enough. A relationship is all about compromise. I guess you say what she doesn't do, but are there other things she does do.

she sounds absolutely impossible to live with!!!!
i dont want to offend you...but my god!!!
please think hard if you want to be in this relationship.
what are you getting out of it????
i know youre supposed to put in alot but at some point you have to say "ok, what am i getting here?"
