The Self-Esteem Game

Too many times people put themselves down and say bad things about themselves. The point of this game is for you to look yourself in the mirror, and choose 1 thing, Just 1 thing about yourself that you actually like. I think it would be a great game. It may be hard for some people to look at themselves and pick something that they like but I encourage everyone to try this out, I think it would be great to say something nice about ourselves for once. You can say 2 or even 3 things if you'd like, I just want you to choose 1 at the least. I'll start,

I like how I'm always nice to people. I had to help someone at work today and she complimented me and thanked me so much for it, it made me feel so good about myself :)

I like how I always make my friends laugh and know how to cheer them up as well.
