First, to be sure, go to a local mental health clinic or place and tell them how you feel. Always rule out depression or a mental illness first.
If it's not a mental illness, just know that some paths we take in life are bumpy and rocky. Just hold and keep driving forward, and you'll get to the smoother parts.
