*Positive Recovery Post* - Meal plans

Anyone know where I can get a decent recovery meal plan? Apart from a dietician obviously. Any online resources?

Thanks x

It's been my experience that the best meal/diet plans are set up with a familiar doctor or dietitian, who knows you well. Someone in recovery from an ED will most likely have food hangups to deal with (for example, some things still are not "safe" for me to eat, period). A good doc/dietitian will help you work with that, and get back to the point where you can hopefully achieve a safer relationship with food in general. However, you might also have food allergies, or be on medication which advises against certain foods. Your own doc will know all that.

I agree with above.. although the Joy Project (will find the link) have some good meal plans on there to start with http://www.joyproject.org/overcoming/mealplans.html

But a doctor/dietician is your best bet. Good luck :)
