I havnt made a post in this thread for a long time...
I dont consider myself to have an 'ED' anymore but I do still struggle with eating a lot.. but it is no where near as bad as what it once was.
I have been struggling a lot lately to eat breakfast... I dont know why this meal is so hard, it just always has been
Yesterday I made a desicion that I was gonna challenge myself to start having at least a half decent breakfast each morning. Today was day one and so far... so good...
It is so hard though, the thoughts, feeling so fat and ugly....
But I am trying and yeh... just thought it may help me keep going if I was to post about it...
