Recovery
Well this is going to be my recovery thread. 24/11/13 is nearly a month free. I am so proud of myself.
I have agreed with some special people that when I am recovered fully I am having a meet up with everyone that has helped me along the journey.
I am so grateful to Kati Morton(Youtube therapist) She has helped me so so much and her videos and tweets etc keep me going).
I just feel like I am nearly 30 and I want to do so much more with my life and I cannot keep letting my family down especially my mum and dad, Even though they never really had alot to do with it I still feel like I was letting them down everytime I cut.
So thrown everything away, and I will not ever by anything again.
