for those who did and liked the butterfly project.

I am going to try the butterfly project out, because my cuts are now scabs and dry. I might wait a bit to draw a butterfly on them because im afraid of pen ink going through my scab.

this thread is only for those who tried it and liked it,if ya don't like it try not to bash the idea please! what kinds of pens have any of ya peeps used for this, that are safe to use..im guessing non-toxic or whatever? I love drawing so I am not wanting some temp-tatoo or anything like that..drawing is much more fun.

oh and one more thing,I heard it's bad to write on your amr with pencil, pen or whatever..is that true?

im sure you can by non toxic pens, but any marker pen will do, it wont harm you. The project is where you draw a butterfly on yourself so that if you cut it will die, so its to prevent you from cutting.

I loved this, it really worked for me as well. Elephants are more fun though! Am thinking maybe a giraffe next.

I found that it was fairly heplful for me. As I love butterflies, and actually have one tattoo'd on my shoulder (as they wouldn't do it over scar tissue, or something lame like that).
I always used a permanant marker, I don't know how safe that was, lol but at the time I didn't really care!
I don't think it did any damage. But you might want to research that further...
I had actually kinda forgotten about the butterfly project, I might just start using it again, coz it really did help me get though the "moment".
thanks for bringing it up :)
have a great day oxox

somewhere in this darkness there's a light that I can't see, maybe it's too far away...
or maybe I'm just blind
