Hi everybody! Really happy to have found this site. This is my first time looking for a support group for self-harm but in the past I've really made a lot of improvement with online support groups for anxiety and panic disorder.
I also want to be educated about trigger warnings and knowing what to post and how to say it because the very last thing I would ever want to do is say the wrong thing. I'm just hoping that this could be a place for healing for myself and everybody!
At the end of the day I've learned that any sort of self-injurious behavior is totally counterproductive, maladaptive, costly, harmful and very painful. I've made a decision to stop once and for all and that's why I'm here.
