I've been diagnosed with bipolar, and I get less than monthly therapy appointments, and 3 weekly psychiatrist appointments.

I think therapy is probably the best thing for you. I understand going may be hard, (I've been sitting in the waiting room, absolutely shaking like a leaf) but it does help.
