It's good that ur support worker has recongised and understands how ur feeling. It's hard when u dont feel ur best when u have a great support worker there trying to help u and getting support also....

I did think also u could use the internet and go onto something like Embarassing Bodies and do quizzes on there to see if u suffer from any of the symptoms like Depression, Aniexty, Autism or OCD....
