Hearing Things, Scared Out My Mind!! **Really Urgent!!**
Hey, I didn't know where to post this, I hope ive put it in the right place.
I am so freaked out right now. I dno whats going on. Im hearing things, Like people shouting or whispering, but I can never make out what there saying, but i'm at home on my own and when i look out my window, even when i can hear these voices theres no one about, and they sound really close. Im so scared. I can also hear cars but theres no car going past my house.
Im sorry I just dno what to do Im so scared. I havent been diognosed with anything but I dont think this is normal.
Oh my gosh please help Im so scared!!

you might want to mention this to your doctor sometime. try talking over the sounds, or if you're not comfortable with that, singing at the top of your voice. or if there's someone you can call up and talk to for a bit, that might help.

Hey, girlafraid has a good suggestion. Is there anyone you can call, anyone can come sit with you? I find it really helps to have contact with someone 'real' when you're having such a confusing experience as this??? You can always make it a general chat, if you dont want them to know what's going on for you...
take care of yourself, and try not to be too frightened by it,

Hey.
Thanks for the advice.
Its stopped now, I think..
My parents have come home so the telly's on and people talking to its probably still there I just cant hear it lol.
I think Im gunna try tell my shrink about this. Although I find it extrtemely hard to talk to him.
